Stonnington
The executive family home market moved at a slower pace through July, with school holidays contributing to a quieter month overall. Quality leasing stock remained in short supply throughout the period. Where homes were presented well and priced in line with market expectations, they continued to lease successfully. The apartment market held steady, with consistent enquiries for properties presented to a high standard.

Boroondara
Properties across Boroondara continued to lease at a relatively brisk pace, supported by a consistent flow of new stock coming to market. A number of these listings were properties that had previously been offered for sale before transitioning to the rental market. A particularly strong result was achieved in Surrey Hills, where the property leased after the very first inspection.

Albert Park
It was a strong month for our Albert Park team, securing five new business leases alongside six relets. With school holidays now behind us, inspections have seen a marked increase in attendance, matched by a noticeable lift in the calibre of applications received.

Brighton
Days on market extended across Brighton this month, with higher value homes experiencing softer demand than earlier in the year. Smaller properties under $750 per week proved the exception, continuing to lease well, while outer bayside suburbs saw strong demand for houses.
