Dear Central Park Purchaser,
Welcome to the September construction update for Central Park.
We are pleased to share that the concrete structure is on track for completion next week, marking the official topping out of the project.
Progress below the structure has also been significant, with the basement now stripped, ceiling insulation installed, and services rough-in well underway.
Further, our architects and project team have been reviewing the sample brick wall and render finishes, ensuring the design vision is carefully delivered.
Construction is continuing to progress well and our team is still aiming for completion in early Q3, 2026 with news that Figurehad is currently running approximately 2–3 weeks ahead of program.
*Keep in mind that timelines continue to remain indicative and may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or regulatory approvals.
