The Developer is pleased to advise that Bank Valuation be taking place at Cascade Blackburn on Thursday 10th April 2025.
We will be facilitating the Bank Valuation process. There are 10 sessions every day. One session for each townhouse lasts for 30 mins.
Please forward this notice to your Finance representative and inform them to contact Settlement Team ASAP to make an appointment for the bank valuation.
To book in your Bank valuation, the valuer will need to contact Tan on 0416 284 783 or via email: admin@upssettlement.com.au per following time schedule:
9:10am--9:40am; 9:50am--10:20am; 10:30am--11:00am; 11:10am--11:40am.
11:50am--12:20pm; 1:30pm--2:00pm; 2:10pm--2:40pm; 2:50pm--3:20pm.
3:30pm--4:00pm; 4:10am--4:40pm
Our Settlement Team will meet valuers on site.
