Dear Arcade Purchaser,
We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Arcade development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
Construction continues to advance level by level. While there was a temporary delay due to issues with the permanent power connection from the Authorities, this has now been successfully resolved.
Key milestones include:
- Water and sewer connections to the building are now complete.
- Installation of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical fixtures is well underway.
- The passenger lift has been commissioned.
- Car lift installation is currently in progress.
- Floor leveling for the timber flooring is ongoing, with installation of the timber flooring scheduled to commence next week.
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your townhouse purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
