Kaffir Lime Margarita from New Quarter

Fresh, citrus-driven and layered with subtle spice, the Kaffir Lime Margarita offers a more elevated take on the classic, balancing infused Tromba tequila with bright lime and delicate ginger notes. 

Serves: 1 

Ingredients 

• 45ml Tromba Blanco infused with kaffir lime and fresh ginger  
• 15ml agave syrup  
• 30ml lime juice  
• Salt, for rimming  

Method 

• Rim half of a coupe glass with salt and set aside.  
• Infuse the Tromba Blanco tequila with kaffir lime and fresh ginger.  
• Add the infused tequila, agave syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  
• Shake until well chilled, then double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
