Dear Beach Street Purchaser,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for the Pier 103 development, highlighting the progress made on site:
- Levels 1, 2, and 3: Joinery installation is now complete.
- Level 4: Joinery framework has been completed, and we are currently awaiting delivery of the doors.
- Stone installation has commenced across multiple levels, and appliances are now being installed.
- Balustrade glazing on Level 1 began in mid-April.
- External stonework is underway on the lower levels.
We anticipate the initial building inspections to begin in early May, with purchaser inspections expected to follow shortly thereafter.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues to progress. Please see the latest photos from the construction site.
